رأس أسد من الفضة، حوالي 2650-2550 ق.م. فضة و لازورد و صدف 4 × 5 إنج. متحف جامعة بنسلفانيا للآثار والأنثروبولوجي. وجد في مقابر أور الملكية.
و هذا أحد أسدين من المحتمل أنهما كانا متصلين بجسم خشبي. تمثيل الإسود كان شائعا في الفن السومري-و كان الأسد مهما في الميثولوجيا السومرية أيضا.

This is one of two lions probably attached to some sort of wooden object. Rrepresentations of lions are common in Sumerian art - the lion was significant in Sumerian mythology.
