الملك-الكاهن، معبد إي-آنا في #أوروك – بريشة إيتّوره_ماتزا.
كان معبد إي-آنا معبدًا سومريًا قديمًا في أوروك، ويعتبر "مسكن الإلهة إنانا" وآنو، وقد ورد ذكره عدة مرات في ملحمة جلجامش وفي أماكن أخرى. يعد تطور الآلهة التي تم تكريس المعبد لها موضوع بحثٍ أكاديمي.
ملاحظة: نشاهد العمود المزين بالفسيفساء المزججة التي عثر عليها في أوروك، وكذلك الكاهن العاري الذي يقدم القرابين، وعمود القصب الذي يرمز للإلهة إنانا.

Priest-King, Eanna temple in Uruk – By Ettore Mazza
E-anna was an ancient Sumerian temple in Uruk. Considered "the residence of Inanna" and Anu, it is mentioned several times in the Epic of Gilgamesh, and elsewhere. The evolution of the gods to whom the temple was dedicated is the subject of scholarly study.
During excavations in the precinct of the temple of Eanna at Uruk (southern Iraq), archaeologists discovered the remains of an isolated temple dedicated to the Sumerian goddess Inanna (Ishtar).
